The Personal Casework team is a small group of local officers and committee members who are trained to provide confidential advice, support and representation where necessary to UCU members who are experiencing difficulties regarding their employment at Keele. These may be problems such as:

  • grievance & disciplinary matters
  • advice on contracts
  • bullying and harassment
  • redundancy

If you are a Keele UCU member and believe you need assistance or representation with any difficulties at work, please contact our casework co-ordinators via support@keeleucu.co.uk, they will ask you for some basic details and then pass these on to the most appropriate member of the Personal Casework team. All information is confidential and will only be discussed, where appropriate, with other members of the Personal Casework team. If possible please use a personal private email address, not your work account.
